We have been to this hotel a few times and we love it. You can have a traditional balcony room or a more up to date modernized room. We opted for the traditional room very large seaview with balcony. After our first nights sleep there was a small issue with the bed. Saw duty manager next morning Kath. She was absolutely brilliant went out of her way to make sure problem was resolved customer service excellent. Thank you again. We ate in the restaurant and the bar. Food is again really nice thanks to a great chef. Breakfast cannot fault everything you need. All staff are polite friendly and helpful The head waiter in the restaurant is so lovely. and is a great character. St annes is a really nice place and so is lytham. If you want a nice coffee and a bite to eat try the beach cafe. dalmeny you get my vote will i be back of course. Thanks again Kath

Room Tip: Pay a small supplement for a sea view

Had a great time celebrating my wife's birthday. It is the 2nd time in as many months that we have stayed here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is outstanding. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: Wonderful sea views

We had the most fantastic ground floor huge family room with outdoor patio and seating area. All the staff were most attentive to all our needs. The dining room was beautifully laid out almost fit for a wedding. The evening meal was excellent. As far as the breakfast was concerned this was possibly amongst the best we have ever had with an assortment of fruits, cereals and hot food. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Room Tip: always ask for an upgrade if possible

Just returned from a great 3 night midweek break at the hotel and my wife and I had a really enjoyable stay. We were greeted upon our arrival by a really friendly and pleasant female member of staff who informed us that we had been upgraded to a sea-view room with balcony, we were taken aback by this as it was the first time that we had stayed at the hotel but were so appreciative of the gesture. Our room was great with lovely panoramic views of the seafront and with the weather being so warm, it was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy it even more. We found all of the staff that we met during our stay to be so friendly, polite and helpful and provided excellent customer service. The food of an evening in both the Atrium restaurant and the Indigo bar was really good and the choice provided for breakfast each morning was more than you could ask for and was really tasty and delicious. All in all, we had a really good break and would definitely return without a doubt, highly recommended!

Amazing place. The hotel is well managed and a pleasure to stay in . For the grandchildren there was plenty to keep them occupied. Swimming, games room cinema room. The hotel is Right across the road from the beach so easy to nip across to fly kites, play crazy golf, meant you could fit a lot into a day ( no car travel required)Shops to the rear for the essentials that children seem to require nowadays. If you stay nip into Blackpool and visit the tower, book it on line ,it’s cheaper. Visit the circus ( in Blackpool tower)you will be impressed. Room excellent, well laid out for a family to occupy and stay out of each other’s hair. We had a balcony well worth the extra money, a sea breeze drifting into the room was delightful. Food very good . We used a restaurant inside the hotel they called ‘The carvery ‘ a bit misleading it’s WAY BETTER than a carvery. They also let our young grandchildren dine for the price of one child which was a big help. I also observed this , you can sense that all the staff are actually happy to assist / help you in any way they can . No dead eyes staring back at you with an automated reply to any questions, but a reply with some concern and obvious care for your well being. Think about this for a moment, in the natural course of events things can and do go wrong no amount of planning yields a perfect result. To illustrate the hotel was full and it seemed that everyone arrived for breakfast in the same instant you would expect chaos to ensue . The noise was described as “ like a mad house , by me . A comment I regretted making. It was obvious that the restaurant manager was in full control and VERY ALERT to everyone’s needs. No mad rush for seats but an organised system was obvious to all. We don’t mind queuing as long as no one pushes in. You all know what we’re like in this country. So yes I would give this place 100% for customer satisfaction. If your wondering no I don’t work here or have any connection to the place whatsoever. I did however spend a few delightful days there with my wife and grandchildren and was very impressed with the place. A few days holiday felt more later a few weeks because of how attentive the staff where.
