Certificate of Excellence

Can't recommend The Gaydon highly enough. Stayed here with my family, whilst visiting the illuminations. The owners offer a professional high quality personal service that many other hotels should take note off. Stayed in room 5 which was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also excellent.

just got back from a few days in lytham, loved it, made all the better by sue and jon at the gaydon. Really enjoyed the hotel, fantastic for location for us, near enough but far enough away if you get my drift, spotlessly clean, with ample parking if you want to leave car where it is. Great lounge area if you needed it with loads off games etc, and the breakfast sets you up for a long day ahead, really cant say enough about this place.

We satyed at this hotel because the kids (15& 8) wanted to do various themed things in Blackpool .
From the outset the owners were more than polite and courteous , This hotel is SPOTLESSLY clean .
We stayed in a family room which was really big the kids room was seperate to the parents and each of the rooms had tv's in .
There is a large bathroom with plenty of space and pure white towels for your use .
The hotel offers free wifi which has a good signal , also kids have various games they can play in the lounge as well as an X box .
The hotel is a sort walk from the shops at st annes and also the front were you can go on the prom and the beach , crazy golf or have a cuppa .
This is lovely for you to stay if you like the attractions of Blackpool but don't want to stay there overnight .
St annes is lovely , the owners of this hotel are great people who take a pride in their buiness , We would certainly go back again .

Room Tip: If you are a family ask for room 5 , It is very roomy .

We stayed at the Gaydon with our two year old little girl and the experience was superb from the outset. A warm welcome and a genuine interest was taken in what our plans were for the trip. Cakes were left in our very spacious and wonderfully clean room along with a personal welcome letter. Throughout the stay we could not have asked for more- heating up our little girls food, recommending a great sit down chip shop (Bispham kitchen if your interested!) and even leaving us a flask with warm milk for our daughter upon our return from the illuminations. Breakfast also great. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will definitely return in the future. The 3 of us were made very welcome!

Room Tip: Room 5 is brilliant for families as there is a separate sleeping area (bedroom next to the main bedr...

We only stayed for one night at the beginning of October but it was perfect for us. We were attending a celebratory luncheon in Lytham and the owners, Sue and John, made sure our room was ready early for us so that we could change for the occasion after travelling. They were so helpful in every way. We had a very smart and extremely spacious twin room with a lovely bathroom, and it was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast also was very good with lots of choice. It was all excellent value and we shall certainly stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Whilst looking for somewhere to stay on the Fylde Coast we were impressed with the reviews for The Gaydon Hotel. We were not disappointed, the hosts, Sue and Jon, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and no grease to be found anywhere on the plate!!!

The room was comfortable with homemade chocolate muffins to greet us.

We would definitely stay here again if we were travelling to the area.

Room Tip: Room 5 was a double room with an additional room with two single beds. There was a large bathroom w...
