Loved this. Enjoyed the gadgets which were different to other rooms. Accommodating when I needed to amend the booking. Do it!!

Great hour of brain taxing fun. I took my 13 year old, who loves these games. Although the site is on an industrial area, there was loads of places to park, being a Saturday evening and easy to find.
Our (instructor) was very helpful, ( Thanks Eva) gave enough help when we started to founder.
Overall a great experiences.

Received an email from these guys stating "Get a 10% discount if you leave a 5-star review on Tripadvisor". I feel like this is bad business practice and completely disregards the purpose of a review!

The room itself is fairly standard but with added quirks. You'll find all the puzzles are very hands-on, gets your mind thinking and your body wondering. A puzzle towards the end could be improved, signs which direct you what to do but are actually misleading, the functionality lost us a good chunk of time too. The service didn't feel too welcoming either.

The "portal" room was very spacious but could do with more decoration or props as there is nothing unique about it compared to other rooms. I think this room would be great for families or possibly introducing someone who has never done one before. This would have received a 3-star review but given that half these reviews may not be legitimate, it gets a 2

Hi Seb,

Your review caused us a great concern, because our objective from the very start of the business has always been to provide the best experience to our customers, through unique high tech puzzles, the correct atmosphere and impeccable service. We have conducted a thorough investigation, which included not only discussing the case with the Games Master who worked with your team on the day, but also talking to all of our customers who have played our rooms after your visit, discussing with them the quality of our rooms.

I am happy to share with you what I have learned. Gleb, your games master, whom we have employed for his great communication skills and politeness, reassured me that you and your partner had a great time, were laughing with him throughout the introduction and he actually showed to you how the last puzzle worked after the game.

All our customers enjoy our electronic games and most of them keep reassuring us that we do not need to add more props, since it would be distracting, and with so many puzzles that we have it would make it practically impossible to finish the room in time. Interestingly, the majority of these opinions came from people who had played other escape rooms before! So, it looks like we were right in preferring puzzles over dummy props.

To finish, I am sorry you did not like our room, but the opinion of so many other customers show me that we are doing the right thing for escape room fans. We are happy to see so many of our players come back and do the other room and we will definitely continue doing our best to provide for the best escape room experience.

Never done an escape room before but decided to try here as it was local. We did Portal and I must say I didn't really enjoy it too much, I didn't really get what was happening, something to do with a portal to another world ?? didn't really get that vibe.

There were some fun things to interact with buttons to press etc but could have just played the xbox at home for less.

This review ran so counter to any comments we had received from all our customers that we decided to conduct a full investigation. After having spoken with everybody who played Portal in December we have confirmed that the review is fake. We have reported it to TripAdvisor as suspicious.

Really enjoyed the experience, have done a few different ones of these now and this one was one of the best. It is very clever and uses nice variety and style of clues and puzzles. The guy running the event really got into the scenario which was nice. The only reason it is not a five star is because it finished a little quickly and so the cost for 46 minutes was a little much.

Ben, thank you for your kind words. We are happy you enjoyed our room, we did try to make it different, and it's nice to know that our customers appreciate that. As for your time, with 15 tricky puzzles and 4 to 6 well-hidden objects, all the members of your group were pretty busy throughout the game :). Well done, finishing with such good time!
