Spent a couple of nights in this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. Four of us shared two twin rooms - which we thought were very well appointed. No 6 in particular was very comfortable. We thought the hotel had plenty of character, we loved the library in particular. The CAMRA recommended bar did not disappoint and the breakfasts were really excellent. Easily the best 3* hotel I have stayed in.
