The welcome you receive from Darren and Elena is second to none and the guesthouse they have created is both stunning and comfortable. The views from our room of the river and Ross on Wye were breathtaking even with the terrible weather we had. The en-suite was large and clean with a very powerful shower and the bed was both huge and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great choice of food.

We only stayed for two nights but would have been happy to stay for much longer and when we go to the area again we will definitely stay there. All in all it is impossible to find anything bad to say about the Bridge House.

Darren and Elena- new to their buissness and still grafting hard to complete their makeover were really hospitable and friendly -as was the pet dog - he was great ! Room 2 with a river view was as good as it gets for the money we paid. Comfy bed, nice big airy ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee facilities. We stayed one night and enjoyed the river walks and pubs. The town itself has a few pubs and restaurants, plenty to keep ye busy on a night out.The pub across the road on the river bank has a good menu- daytime and nightime. The brekky at the bridge was wonderfull. Fresh fruit and yoghurt followed by beans on toast and 2 very large rashers of thick cut bacon. When we visit this area again i would have no hesitation in staying here again. First impressions stick in my mind. Here is a young couple with a plan, a dream and they are most certainly giving it their best shot. Thanks.

We stayed in room 6 which had just been completed. It had a dual view over the castle, river and Ross-on-Wye. The room and bathroom were imaculatally decorated with it's very own cast iron bath, fresh tea and coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was very high quality with a very friendly couple to host.

We stayed in the Bridge house for 2 nights. The rooms have been tastefully refurbished and the one we stayed in had a beautiful view over the river towards Ross. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite was immaculate. The owners, Elena and Darren are very welcoming and friendly and were happy to accommodate my husband's request for a non feather duvet. The breakfast was delicious and Elena is passionate about sourcing organic local supplies.
The Bridge is an accessible base from which to explore the area and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and was very impressed! The room was exquisite, bed and duvet very comfortable and the bathroom was just perfect. The owners Darren and Elena were wonderfully warm and invited us for a drink in the garden. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
