Certificate of Excellence

We recently stayed for 2 nights and were extremely pleased with the very comfortable accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble for Beth and Andy to make our stay pleasureable. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor and although we did not have a river view they were very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the property. It was very nice to have the facility of a guest lounge. The cooked breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this B&B to anyone. We will certainly come again.

Hosts Beth and Andy were very welcoming and friendly. Our spacious room had fabulous view of the River Wye and beyond and all the facilities you could want with a new and very comfortable bed. But best of all was the location - in a quiet street yet close to town for evening meals and the river for leisurely walks. Thouroughly recommended.

Room Tip: Room 6 (and possibly others) has a lots of space and good views.

This is our second stay and it was just as lovely as the first. This time we had room 3 which has a view over the Wye River, tastefully decorated, nice and warm and cosy, the shower room spotless. The Breakfast - we had full English was superb. Thanks to Andy and Beths warm welcome, hard work, dedication and attention to detail this B and B is a joy to stay at we Highly recomended it to any reader of these reviews. It has also received 5 stars on the food hygine ratings.
Just watch your head on the stairs, if you are tall and there are some low doors typical of such an old property, but one which has been lovingly cared for and beautifully decorated.
We will return, so don't hesitate to book.

From the moment we arrived there was a very warm welcome. The building is very old with lots of character. We had our two year old daughter with us so we were grateful not to have to negotiate the staircase! Our room was on the ground floor with direct access through the back yard which couldnt have been easier.
The room was cosy and had everything we needed, with a double bed and a single. TV, tea and coffee making facilities and nuce biscuits too - not that we got a look in with a two year old around!
Breakfast was excellent, especially the toast!!

nice owners, nice traditional exposed beam building, nice room, clean, matched expectations without any trouble, and great breakfast! good location right by the river (at a safe stance from it of course), while also being close the centre of the town.

If you are looking for a Bed & Breakfast accomodation in the area of Ross-on-Wye you could not possibly do better than to stay at Radcliffe Guest House, not only is it placed in one of the best positions in the town, but the warmth of your welcome and the care and attention received whilst staying there is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts Beth and Andy Morgan, and the breakfasts are quite delicious! It is a gem.

Room comfortable and spacious; large window with good view of river and countryside beyond. Very friendly hosts, with local knowledge and advice of this lovely area.

Very good choice and quality of breakfast.

Close to both river and market town, Town itself full of character with community atmosphere; a town to linger in
