“Fantastic find”
Reviewed October 27, 2013

Spotted Potts and Pieces on Trip-advisor, called in on Saturday whilst visiting Ross on Wye must complement all the staff for being so warm and friendly, food was first class and it was nice to see various items for sale on display in all corners of the shop which kept my wife busy shopping whilst I read the free newspaper.

“Wonderful”
Reviewed October 27, 2013

We visited this friendly tea shop last Thursday. We were showing our friends from Findhorn, near Inverness, around our typically English market town and decided to have a light lunch at Pots and Pieces. Being locals we knew of it's popularity and although very busy we were warmly greeted and room made for us. Our friends were very impressed by the lovely sandwiches, friendliness of all the staff and the interesting items for sale.

“Welcoming stopover”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

Stopped in Ross en route from Exeter to Shrewsbury. Saw this lovely looking tea/coffee shop and couldn't resist. Inside the café tables are surrounded by lovely gifts and crafts. This brings the only slight negative comment which is that it felt a little jammed in. Friendly service and freshly prepared food and drinks made this a relaxed and very enjoyable refreshment stop. The cappo was just right strength and the mocha with flake!!! went down very well indeed. Each had a different toastie both of which were delicious and full of fresh ingredients. Left happy and ready for the journey on. There is a single multisex loo. Excellent value for money.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our teashop. We are glad you enjoyed your refreshments and that you liked our gifts. Yes, when the shop is very busy, which it often is, it can feel a little bit over cosy, for you and us alike!! We hope it did not spoil your visit and that you will visit us again if you are ever in the area.

“Really lovely place, good quality food & friendly service”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

In Ross-on-Wye on a quiet Sunday looking for somewhere for a light lunch were really lucky to find this place - what a treat it was. Excellent & thoughtful service, very good sandwiches and delicious cake surrounded by lots of lovely gifts & decorative items. No complaints from us and if we were local we would be regulars here!
