Arrived very late in the night and was welcomed very warmly. The room was basic but for the price was very reasonable. Although located in a rather quiet part of town felt very safe especially considering we stayied during the riots.

The only negatives were that my baby had split milk on the bedsheets one night and when we returned the next day they had not been changed although it was very obvious. in addition house keeping had failed to clean the bathroom sufficiently (hairs in the bath). As I have not stayed in a budget hotel for more than 1 night before, was not sure if house keeping was meant to change linen and clean the bathroom during your stay.

I am always a little dubious about staying at budget hotels, however I have had a change of heart after staying here. The customer service at Bluebricks was fantastic, especially in the restaurant. The food was good value and great quality with a three course meal with wine and drinks for a family of four coming in at under £70.00. The whole staff team should get a pat on the back, and I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

never been to wolverhampton before so here we go...arrived at train station, hotel was less then five minutes walk away.nice friendly, accomodating staff..even though check in was 2pm we arrived at 1pm and were told our rooms were ready, which was excellent..nice,usual top of the range premier inn room..my room faced the railway station/bridge but due to the double glazing-which by the way is sealed and can not be opened-i did not hear a single noise from outside the whole time i was there..luckily a great air-con system was on hand..great nights sleep..breakfast was at the bluebricks restaurant just round the back of the hotel.unusually the full english was not sitting in a variety of trays waiting but was cooked fresh and my order was taken by a very nice young lady..all in all one of the better, quieter premier inns i have used and if/when i go back to wolverhampton i will most certainly be staying there again...nearly forgot..the town centre is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Booked a stay with the Premier Inn for one night recently to attend a birthday function locally. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy with a basic room with tea and coffee making facility. No cleansing materils providing in bathroom so always ensure you have full and adequate soap bag for your stay. The staff were great, both at Premier and Bluebricks, very helpful and knowledgable. The Bluebricks Restaurant which is next door was clean and well kept. However the food provided though well presented lacked the value for money touch. Plastic food does not bear well with me and quality and quantity for a fair price is what I expect, they failed in this element of their business for me. The cooked breakfast was bland throughout, though you had plenty of choice from the cereal and fruit bar. I would stay again though if needs must.

We opted for the dinner/breakfast/room package, which was good value. The room was fine, location in city central, and reception staff attentive at all times. Our young waitress served both our meals, and as I said to my wife, I would employ her any time.
It was nice to see the old low level station building still standing, and seemingly in some form of restoration. It would be a sin to destroy it.
Ten out of ten for value and service, and we will definately use Premier again.

Room Tip: Not sure there is a best room.
