The Premier Inn was very good, as usual. The staff always most obliging and helpful. The room was hot so we took the duvet out of the cover and used that. Spotlessly clean as we have learned to expect.
The Table Table Restaurant was a bit of a shambles, though. On a Sunday night we were told they had no sausages (no problem), no roast dinners (my husband's 1st choice), no fish (my husband's 2nd choice). The waitress returned to tell me that they had no eggs for my salad nicoise. Would I like it without? A few minutes later a diner at the next table received his gammon (which had been sent back because it had been undercooked) with 2 eggs. I complained at this point and although the manageress didn't get back to me, the cost of my meal was deducted from the bill. The following morning however, breakfast was excellent.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the car park away from the M54.

this is a hotel you should definatly look at staying at. We was at a wedding at somerford hall which is 5 mins away and they wanted £130-140 per room whereas premier inn charged £29 and was perfect. with taxis a full english breakfast for 2 of us it still worked out less than half what somerfordhall wanted so you cant go wrong! comfy bed, fantastic staff, flatscreen tv clean bathroom what more could you want. would definatly definatly recommend why pay £130 when 5 mins down the road its £100 cheaper and equally as nice for comfort

We have stayed in this particular Premier Inn a number of times while visiting family. The hotel itself seems relatively new and very well maintained. Staff are always very friendly and seem to genuinely take an interest in making your stay as comfortable as possible.
The adjoining Table Table bar restaurant (although it is physically attached you still have to exit the Premier Inn and then enter Table Table next door) is welcoming and reasonably priced for drinks and food. Ample parking, as with all Premier Inns we have visited. We have heard complaints about noise from patrons leaving the Table Table bar (which has a function room upstairs and operates a late licence) but have not personally had any problems.

Room Tip: To avoid any possibility of noise from people leaving the adjoining bar perhaps request a room facin...

I dined in the restaurant next door,,,,,,,,,,,, the staff there were fantastic too. I got a big welcome from, what surprised me, a geordie lady!! I had the haddock kedgeree and it was delicious.
