We had a fantastic few days at this great hotel which is situated right on the seafront in Worthing. Our room was spotless and very quiet so we had a good sleep. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the quality of food as well as the service were first class.
The staff are all great and were a fully engaged and efficient team. I would not hesitate to visit here again. Thank you.
We had trouble getting to the hotel as roads were closed due to a parade. We still got there before check in time, but were able to park in the car park which is behind the hotel.
We spoke to a staff member just to see if any rooms were ready, as we had been up since 3.45am to take our daughter to the airport, but it was too early. We went for a walk, and had a bite to eat in the Pavilion on the pier. The hotel then rang me to say they had a room ready for us, which was a nice touch, and above and beyond.
The room was really nice, and had a sea view. It was quiet and comfortable. My only slight complaint would be about the closer on the bathroom door. If you forget about it and just let the door close, it slams closed noisily.
We had not planned to have our evening meal in the restaurant, but while we were looking for somewhere it started to rain so we went back to the hotel. The hotel was full that night, but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We both had the Thai curry which was very bland.
Our next visit to the restaurant was for breakfast. The food on the ‘hot’ buffet was only lukewarm, and disappointing overall.
I would have rated the hotel higher if it were not for the mediocre restaurant. We would stay again but wouldn’t have an evening meal there or a cooked breakfast.
The rooms are clean, comfy but windows do not open. I was too hot at night. The meals were decent, at least there are some healthy options. The gluten free menu is still being devised. Receptionists and cooks work extremely hard, long hours too. Parking is easier if you can get a place in the underground parking lot.
Understaffed, under stocked breakfast, sent back to room for 20 mins to wait for a table , no mugs. Unable to cope with busy periods. This is the worst breakfast ever at a premier inn, and not cheap either
Arrived late but staff on hand to check in. Smallish hotel - we had a room on the 3rd floor facing inland.
The Hotel is spectacularly quiet, thankfully.
It has its own underground car park, but fills up quickly, so we parked on the street which is free between 6pm and 9am, so no problem at all.
