We had several members of our family stay in Findon due to a wedding. We booked a room for some of our guests here and were very happy. Very reasonable rate, room clean and tidy with comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Unmanned hotel but no trouble with access. Very convenient location for local events

I work in Shoreham but live in the midlands so stay at the here weekdays and have been for 4 months from writing this review.
Rooms are very good with double beds, sofas and en-suite, kettle and cups provided for tea and coffee. Free internet.
The motel is not manned and keys are found within key locks beside your door.
Location is great, couple of very nice village pubs and a Indian restaurant within 40 meters of front door.

Room tip: Motel has better showers

Booked for one night on sat 22nd April as travelling from Cambridge to attend 40th birthday party. Wasn't expecting a palace as paid £55 for one night.! too many things wrong to list .DAMP, DIRTY, NO HEATING,SCRUFFY ETC. AWOKE BY FIRE ALARM 3AM. ALSO VOMIT OVER FRONT DOOR & OUTSIDE FROM DECKING ABOVE!!. Called CLIVE, said be there in 10. After waiting over an hour out in the cold ,no show & he TURNED HIS PHONE OFF !!! All of us guests built a ladder out of rubbish outside, to reach alarm & turn off ourselves!! DISGUSTING SERVICE. No one came to help or see if all ok?? Book at your PERIL.

Room tip: Really noisy, Have to keep blind shut as people walking outside you window can see in room

We enjoyed a very restful overnight stay in this pretty and cosy motel, situated in a peaceful location.
The room was very quaint with a vaulted ceiling. Comfy bed. All mod cons. Piping hot shower and ensuite bathroom. Could not ask for more .
Highly recommend for a little getaway./stop over.
