Peter and Pippa are excellent hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The cooked breakfast is excellent. The rooms are tastefully decorated in light and neutral colours. Excellent WI-FI connection. I have stayed in several different rooms and all the beds have been extremely comfortable. I work in Worthing during the week and I will not consider staying anywhere else, even if it’s half the price. Do yourselves a favour, if you are considering a trip to Worthing, stay at the Manor Guest house. Peter and Pippa are MEGA!

Nick - London.

After an accident on holiday in Arundel my wife was admitted to Worthing Hospital and I stayed here for a week. I'm used to high standards at home and when we go away but I could not fault the accommodation and breakfast provided by Peter and Pippa. I stayed in 2 en suite double rooms (because of previous bookings I had to move, but that was no problem) that were large, well equipped and with everything you would expect in a first class hotel. The one on the ground floor was particularly comfortable with 2 armchairs and a larger than usual shower cubicle. Traffic noise from the adjacent busy main road can be a problem but I understand that new windows are to be fitted soon. The breakfast was excellent with as much fresh coffee as you could drink. Having stayed at an allegedly good hotel on the sea front for the previous 3 nights that was not in the same league and where parking was a nightmare I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Room Tip: The double on the ground floor.

This short break we had included my parentsinlaw both in their mid to late 80s their comfort was very important. Peter & Pippa are new owners of the guest hse were welcoming & most of all very accomodating to their needs.
The service we received was excellent from 1st booking to leaving after a 2 night stay. Peter & Pippa were very friendly & warm lovely people.
The Dining room was spotlessly clean giving plenty of choice options for Breakfast. The food was presented well & cooked to a high standard.
Peter & Pippa are making improvements to the guest hse the rooms are a little dated in decoration however the furniture & furnishing were new & spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Both bedrooms we stayed in had en suite facilities with new modern suites. The bed linen & towels were all new .
The guest house is very central the seafront was just a short drive a little too far for the elderly to walk.
I would definately recommend this Bed & Breakfast to young or old.
On the Saturday evening we ate in the Cricketers Pub 10 mins walk from guest house also serving excellent food a very enjoyable friendly bar.
