Three experience here and not a bad thing to report. The food was exceptional. I'm an American and the others I was with were UK residents... and they are very picky about their curries. They were impressed. I thought the service was prompt. The place was very clean. Bathrooms nice. The food was terrific. Easily shared, fresh and hot. As some restaurants tend to make their curries all taste alike, this was not the case at Everest. Parking was easy but watch out, there are only like two spots out front that are free. You have to pay at the other spots but they are a two second walk away to the front door. We ordered delivery one night. It was just as good. Only complaint, I like a little more variety on my pompadom accompaniments but that's the only thing I could find to critique. Keep it up. I come back to Kent 4-5 times a year and you will always be my first stop, or second.

We 7 diners visited on New Year's day evening and again in mid-February. It will not be long before we visit again as the food, service and ambience here is marvellous.
We ate a variety of starters and mains and all were made with fresh ingredients, cooked well and presented very well. The chilli king prawn starter was admirable as were the chicken liver and mushroom specials.
Main courses were all chicken dishes and each was very good with the quality of chicken exceptional - moist and tasty. The different breads are also very good. The service from all staff was friendly and attentive.
The restaurant building stands in an open area next door to a car park so is easy to find and visit. Ashford is a dull and uninviting town with no soul or character so Everest Inn is a beacon that shines. The interior is sparkling clean and well furbished to a good standard. Prices are reasonable for food for a good quality Nepalese restaurant but, as usual in all restaurants, the booze bill adds on a large slice if you don't watch out. A 10% service charge is added automatically so be careful not to double tip!
Recommend to book for a Friday/Saturday night as it's very busy then.

Went on a Saturday evening. It was a first visit but are already planning to go again. We all chose from the Nepalese menu. Excellent food and service and the whole place had a good atmosphere.

The food here is absolutely fantastic. No corners cut here, the food is fresh and authentically cooked by professional chefs. I believe that they grind and prepare their own spices. I was lucky enough to visit Nepal and spent some time visiting the villages and old towns of this magical place and fell in love with the people and its culture but most of all with the food. And here, in Ashford, we have a restaurant that we should be proud of. The gentle and polite staff are a credit to the management. The restaurant is contemporary and smart. The menu is extensive and covers an excellent range of dishes varying in intensity. Starters are especially good. There are some old Indian favourites such onion bargees and dahl. For mains, the lamb is always beautifully cooked. Prices are good for a restaurant of this calibre. There is a large carpark adjacent and Ashford International station 2 mins. walk away. What more could you want? You will need to book weekends. Enjoy! Pedroopobla
