Just had a takeaway from top wok and will not be ordering again. Food took an hour to arrive on a Wednesday evening, it was cold and chips were soggy. Chicken was unedible as it was hard and cheque, like it had been reheated. Bad food!

As regular visitors of Top Wok, we've always found a great choice of (usually) fresh food with very friendly service.

Food does sometimes run low - but that's because they buffet trays are refilled little and often, ensuring the food stays relatively fresh. When things do run out, all you have to do is ask and the friendly staff will gladly bring more to your table as soon as it is ready.

The setting is a little stark, more functional than luxurious but it's comfortable enough.

Dirty plates are whisked away as soon as you return to the buffet for more food and the staff are always attentive.

There's not many restaurants that we find good enough to return to on a very regular basis but we go back to Top Wok so often that they even know our drink orders.

I'd happily recommend Top Wok to anyone!

Took my mum there for Mothers day and paid £19 each, most of the food wasnt even hot (when they had finally brought it out) considering it was mothers day and the restaurant was half full you would exspect the service to be quicker!

Wont be going back there any time soon!

We had decided on eating here after a walk around Banbury town centre to see what options we had. We liked the idea of a buffet style restaurant. We went in around 5.30pm and it was great to be seated to a table in the middle of the room.
The selection was great you had a choice of two soups, dim sum, fresh seafood e.g prawns, mussels, crispy duck and all the trimmings a good selection of main courses. Dessert was a bit vague icecream, pinapple frtters, melon and oranges.
The food was fresh and hot nothing was left for to long the staff kept there eye on everything and kept it clean and mess free.
It was good value

Yuck! The food was cold and obviously had been out for a long time. Nothing fresh was brought out the whole time we were there. Left feeling completely ripped off! Lesson learnt, will not be going back, you could by a fresh meal for two for less, and wish we had.
