“Plastic food”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

We called in, breaking our journey down the M40, for the billed Sunday Roast. Certainly nothing special. Beef, roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli with two yorkshire puddings and a drizzle of gravy. The meat was flavourless and chewy, the veg was served virtually dry with the little bit of gravy inside the yorkshires. The meal was bland and might photograph well but that was all that could be said about it. The decor was pleasant as were the staff. Not wqorth the stop.

“Great value and food”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

The Brewers Fayre Wobbly Wheel was not our 1st option for lunch, but we are glad we did. The staff were friendly and attentive. All meals were well cooked and well priced, in our group we ordered Lamb Shanks, Chicken Ham pie and a Sausage and Onion Baguette. I wish I had ordered the Chicken and Ham pie, as it looked amazing, I was informed that it tasted as good as it looked.

A great place to grab a bite to eat.

“Great value and tasty”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

The service was great. our food was served quickly and was very tasty. We had an evening meal and breakfast after a nights stay at the premier inn. Both were great meals. The restaurant was clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. After our evening meal we sat outside in the garden for drinks. Very quiet and beautiful scenery
