Description: The Roebuck Inn, Drayton is a quality traditional village pub situated on the outskirts of Banbury which is 400 years old and bursting with character. The location is ideal for walkers and ramblers with many beautiful walks all around the area. Hook Norton beers are always available on tap and we are Cask Marque accredited so you can be guaranteed a perfect pint every time. All of the food at The Roebuck Inn is always cooked to order and we only use fresh produce and we try to source it locally when ever possible. The Roebuck Inn is family friendly and have highchairs available as well as wheel chair access.

We stopped off after visiting Upton House for a bite to eat and a pint of 'Hooky'. It was sunny so we sat outside (in our coats)!
Lovely welcome, nice beer and food. A great little gem

Beef and Hooky Pie was delish. Loads of filling and tasty seasonal veg on the side. Fish and chips also good served with an attractive side salad and garnish. Kids meals were the usual kiddy choices, freshly prepared and in generous portions. Reasonably priced too I think at about a tenner per meal for the adults and just under a fiver for the kids. Couldn't fault the setting, service or food.

Lunch for two £20.60 including entres of steak and ale pie and gammon, egg and chips, 2 drinks and 1 pudding. All home made. The home made crisps were excellent the rest was giood but unremarkable. Service very quick and freindly. Armosphere rather basic but a warm wood burner by the bar.
