“Authentic basic rural pub with excellent local beer.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 27, 2012 via mobile

Lunch for two £20.60 including entres of steak and ale pie and gammon, egg and chips, 2 drinks and 1 pudding. All home made. The home made crisps were excellent the rest was giood but unremarkable. Service very quick and freindly. Armosphere rather basic but a warm wood burner by the bar.

“Great food, great pub”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 29, 2012 via mobile

We have been to the Roebuck on several occasions and have always received a warm welcome, tonight we were welcomed by a lovely roaring fire which was unexpected as it wasn't a particularly cold day but was starting to turn a bit chilly.
The food is fantastic, and would definitely recommend the steak and hooky pie
Give it a go u won't be disappointed

“Very friendly welcome”

A friend and I arrived for a late lunch. We were made very welcomed. Nick the owner went out of his way to make us baguettes which weren't on the menu.
