“Brilliant home from home”
Reviewed November 23, 2015 for a stay in November 2015

This was our first visit to the Peak District and hopefully not our last. This home is so well
appointed and comfortable. Parked right outside the house. Everything you need is here from very comfortable beds to kitchen equipment. The location is also perfect, walking to the beautiful gardens and town centre could not be easier. Pete the owner was quick to welcome us an arrival and also very helpful in many ways. The welcome pack was the best touch. Fresh bread, homemade cookies etc. Most appreciated. I would certainly hope to return next year sometime.

“Super property”

As I wrote onTrip Advisor in October 2014 'we will visit again'. We had a very enjoyable visit in Pete and Catherine's delightful house. We have booked for next year, that says it all.

“Clean and comfortable”
Reviewed October 12, 2015 for a stay in October 2015

A traditional property with modern interior - the best of both worlds. It was very clean with large, comfortable beds . The cottage was well equipped with good quality appliances. Pete, the owner, lives close by with his young family so is handy if there are any problems ( we didn't have any though) - he is very friendly and helpful - I'll give him 10/10 .
The cottage is very convenient for the centre of Buxton and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the Opera House - worth a visit .
I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to a friend.

“Home from home”
Reviewed October 4, 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We have just returned from our first visit to The Sevants Quarters set in the heart of Buxton. Pete and Catherine have thought of everything, making the stay a 'home from home', from the tasty welcome pack to the huge comfortable bed.
Internet via WIFI was a bonus.
Mobile phone signal reception was very good.
A fantastic convenient location for all Buxton had to offer. Theatre, exhibitions and shopping centres are all within easy walking distance.
Exhilarating walks in th hills locally were thoroughly enjoyed.
Cycling the Monsal trail was a very worthwhile excursion.
Our car stayed parks all week- unused.
We'll be back!!!!!

“Great location in the Peak District”

We stayed at The Servants Quarters for a total of 3 months, during the spring and summer. We received the most wonderful welcome from the owners and lots of help and advice during our stay. The accommodation was immaculate and well appointed. We could walk easily to the town centre, the Opera House and the beautiful Buxton gardens. We love country walking and Buxton was so close to many stunning walks in the Peak District. We also enjoy English history and architecture and Buxton was close to a number of Historic Homes, like Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall. We had a wonderful stay at the Servants Quarters. We highly reccomend it.

“The Servants Quarters, Simply perfect”
Reviewed August 10, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Yet another wonder week spent in the Servants Quarters, I cannot recommend it highly enough, its clean, comfortable, modern and is set in the perfect location, just a very short walk from all the local amenities in Buxton. The wi-fi is another added bonus as my teenage son can't seem to function without it. This is the second time myself, husband and son have stayed, we all love it. The welcome pack is an especially nice touch we were lucky enough to be left home made cookies also. Every need is catered for and nothing is too much for Pete and Catherine. Buxton itself is beautiful with lots of lovely shops and places to eat, a fabulous spot to holiday in the Peak District. We will definitely return.

“We loved staying here”
Reviewed August 9, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The house was beautifully decorated, modern but stylishly homely and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed in the fully equipt kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were a treat for the 2 of us but the house can easily accommdate 4 (proper beds not sofa bed).

The location is perfect - the lovely Pavillion Gardens just below and Market Square for a good bus service to Bakewell, Haddon Hall, Matlock etc. 2 minutes away (we did not bring a car). Sainsburys and Co-op are also in Market Square as well as some of the best pubs in Buxton if you like Real Ale.

Pete was very friendly and helpful in all communications and the hand written note to welcome us when we arrived (because they were away) was a lovely personal touch.

We were sad to leave but I'm sure we'll return.
