it ticks all the boxes - interesting buildings nearby (opera house) band stand, water, ducks (very friendly!) flower beds, stuff for kids.

“Always loverly!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 15, 2013

Ive been visiting here for years and enjoyed every thing from food festivals to gilbert and sullivan on the bandstand.Thusday was yet again a treat. What i like is the fact that the Pavilion itself is a mixture of historic building but is modern in its facilitys, toilets clean and modern, the cafe is modern too,too late for lunch this time but what a display of cakes! If only most towns could offer a place like this..its a real gem.

Many thanks for your review, the mix of new and old is one of our unique points and part of our attraction to so many people.

Yes, the cake bar is very easy on the eye and we are grateful for the "real gem" description. Thank you.

Best regards

Terry

Thank you, that is a wonderful way to describe the Gardens.

From the weather conditions, the impact of different seasons, cycles of wildlife or even the different events we host there is always something to see or do in the Pavilion Gardens.

Thank you for your review.
