We visited mid afternoon on a Tuesday and were pleased to find they were open. The décor is really classy and the music was very much to my taste. Evidently they sometimes have live music on a Friday night, and I will return sometime to experience that.
They have a good selection of Tapas which are Spanish/Mediterranean. Also they do Paellas and various Kebabs. The wine selection is very comprehensive and not too expensive. We just had a glass each, I had a very good Rioja. Olives were bought out first and they were excellent, Then we had squid rings, albondigas ( very tasty Spanish style meat balls) and we had Chicken and Chorizo , It came with a generous basket of chiabatta bread and we finished off with an espresso.
The service was very pleasant and the food came out in good time, I hate waiting, the owner was very charming, so my wife said and I would recommend this new establishment. It is down by the river with outside seating for a sunny day or warm evening and it is close to the band stand and the castle. Parking close by.
