This is the best Premier inn I've stopped in.Reception staff first class, nothing too much bother and very efficient.Bed room very clean and comfy and the large TV was spot on for watching the foot ball.I will defiantly stop here again.

Stayed after coming back from the Continent. Arrived around 17:30 very busy check-in and the receptionist wizzed through the queue and no one was kept waiting for long. Admirable job. The hotel is in two buildings, the main photo here is the annex and the main hotel is attached to the Pub and Table Top Restaurant.

Pub/Restaurant was very busy so I ordered at the bar and took the food to our room. Fresh cooked and a very tasty selection. Breakfast next morning full Premier Inn, the hot part of which was cooked to order. If you don't fancy the food, there is a Burger King adjacent.

Good size disabled room although the bathrooms are still not hoist friendly.

Apart from one girl in the restaurant who was a bit stressed due to them being ultra busy and who forgot that the customer is always right, the staff here are great and very helpful.

Excellent choice for a pre or post Eurotunnel journey. On our list to use again.

Straightforward value at this well maintained premier inn. Don't expect more than the basics but there is no closer location to the tunnel (5 minutes drive) staff were friendly and welcoming and the on site pub and restaurant good. Breakfast is good value.

In common with most people who use this Premier Inn we stayed for only one night each way in transit to and from the Dover Ferry. It is in a good location but whether as a result of my poor eyesight or my inability to read directions, we had some difficulty in finding it (tucked away on a quiet side road off the M20/A20. However, the reception staff were interested and obliging and the rooms were comfortable and relatively quiet. The restaurant serves fairly basic but substantial fare in reasonable surroundings and in our experience the service was acceptable. All in all a reasonable and accessible location for those travelling to or from the channel crossings. We would have no hesitation in utilizing the venue on future occasions.

room was lovely really modern and reception team were fantastic all seemed well then we went into the resturant. I vow never to eat in there again the food was disgusting, service was bad. Just when we thought it couldnt get any worse we were kept up by the room next door. So we didnt sleep well at all.

Really impressed with this Premier Inn - the exterior is obviously bland but inside the rooms have a quality, modern feel and the beds are really comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff make sure you know what's what. We had a family room (2 singles and double arranged conveniently in a line) for £39 and it was faultless. This is perfectly located for access to Eurotunnel - just 5 mins drive away and is really easy to find from motorway. Car park a little small but plenty of parking in front of the linked TableTable pub. We will definitely stay again when we go on Eurotunnel next.

A good stopping off point before crossing the channel or on your return.
There is a good restaurant on site with various deals on meals particularly if you are able to eat earlier in the evening .Staff in reception and restaurant polite and friendly.Left too early to be able to take breakfast but enjoyed the dinner ,not fine dining but adequate and quite enjoyable and of course reasonably priced.
