Very pleasant light lunch menu and not at all expensive, good coffees and pots of tea. Pleasant polite staff, stunning views over the Leas. Art work by local artists adorn the walls. Very clean and attractive, on Friday lunchtime live music from the grand piano in the corner of the room . A selection of freshly made sandwiches with a variety of fillings, there is a more formal dining area where pricier and more formal meals can be ordered. Not very suitable for the disabled as there are a lot of steps and stairs.
