Friendly people. lots of dogs and kiddies. Great views. Not far from the town or station. The botanical path to the sea is wonderful for the lean and long!!

The Leas Promenade is well maintained, clean and tidy. There area lovely spacious grass areas as well as good clear and level footpaths. A popular area with fantastic views over the Channel and various routes to the Lower Leas and Sandgate as well as into Folkestone Town.
