As a child, this was one of my favourite places to visit. Even now, I'm sure many young children feel the same. It is not hard to see why. The play area is simply too good for words, and simply enormous. I cannot think of a child who would not have fun playing here either on the giant wooden castle or the wrecked wooden boat. But it is not all just for children, this park also offers beautiful scenery and a pleasant coastal walk for adults. As well as a charming beach with rock pools for those who love coastal maritime nature. This truly is a pleasant corner away from the not so pleasant town of Folkestone.

This park ticks all the boxes, something for everyone indeed.Situated in a tree covered valley so always safe from the hot sun or blustery winds with coastal trees shelter. I got to see this excellent place while visiting relatives from the area, there are huge climbing frames, 2 zip lines which bring a scream from anyone, bbq areas, car parks, sand pits, lovely gardens and even an amphitheatre with huge columns, lights and tiered grass seating for balmy summer shows. Drop down through any of the paths and you are on the promaneade which leads either into Folkestone, sit on the pebble beach for a picnic or walk back to the car park passing a beach designed Stonehenge.
Please can we have one where I live as it should be copied at most other seaside areas

Just simply great fun for children and exciting. Right by the beach near Leas Cliff Hall and the Funicular Railway Lift.
