“Comfortable!”
Reviewed July 3, 2013

I got a quiet and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the airport (I paid 6GBP for a taxi). Clean bathroom. Continental and English breakfast served in the place (not included in the room price) close by (Beefeater Grill). Self check-in with the help of the staff if necessary.

Very close to the airport. friendly staff. clean rooms.
Shame you have to pay for WiFi otherwise I would have put an excellent rating.
We booked a taxi which arrived on time!

Very convenient for the airport.

I did not experience any noise.

Just stayed at the Premier Inn at Luton Airport and it was lovely, very clean, very quiet and comfortable bed !!! There was only one staff member on the reception, and it was easy to book in using the computerised system !
Had a great meal at the Beefeater next door, although a little busy the staff were very helpful and friendly !!!!

We stayed for 8 nights whilst visiting family, some of whom visited us. The storage space is designed for very short stays and we found it inadequate. The 3rd floor was quiet (apart from the planes!) and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast, very good, was served in the Beefeater Grill, a separate building some 50 metres away - not good in the rain. We would have liked a discount or other incentive for our longer-than-normal stay - not so. Only one hand-towel is provided per room, but you can ask for more. We found it disappointing that the Local Authority uses this hotel for accommodation for families awaiting housing, particularly since young children were on occasions left in the small reception area in the care of the staff. There is otherwise no lounge area.

Room Tip: Top (3rd) floor overlooking the back.

We booked two rooms for our recent stay. The one I was in was fine, had a good nights sleep each night apart from one night where we had people thumping in the room above us and people talking loudly outside the room.
The other room was on level 2 and there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and also from the pub across the car park so not a good nights sleep on any of the three nights.
The staff were very friendly especially Donna, hotel is spotlessly clean. I still think there should be a covered walkway to get to the Beefeater for breakfast because we got soaked in the rain. We also had to wait for longer than we should have to be seated for breakfast, it was OK apart from the day we had to fly back when the place was empty but we still had to wait to be seated.
We tried to have dinner there one night but were told it was 20 minutes to get a table so we went to a nearby Beefeater where again we were told it was a 20 minute wait. Each time we waiting about ten minutes just to be told this! My husband asked if we could order from the menu and eat in the bar area and we were told we could, what a shame we weren't told this at The Brache and I could have had a glass of wine with my dinner as I wouldn't have been driving.
As for the internet I paid for 24 hours internet and couldn't get it to work for more than ten minutes so that was a waste of money.
I would stay here again though, I love the beds and it's so handy for the shops, railway and airport.

Room Tip: We asked for quiet rooms, one was and one wasn't

Enjoyed our overnight stay at Premier Inn Luton Airport. The rooms were of a good size and very comfortable. Staff member at reception on our arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had a room with twin beds. Online booking had us down for double room not twin.

Breakfast was very good
