“Our 1st choice for Luton Airport”

The Hotel is located on a business estate but it looks nice and modern. We were parking at Luton Airport from the next day and the hotel was only a 10 minute drive from there so was a perfect location for us. They also have ample and free parking at the Hilton where other hotels closer to the airport tend to charge.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived followed by a nice and easy check-in. Our room was set up as requested (suitable for a family). The room was excellent, nice and clean,modern furnishings and very comfortable. There was a fridge and tea making facilities. The only thing that was missing from the room was a bottle opener! The bed had a mattress adjuster device which we had never seen before. This allows you to change the softness/ firmness of the mattress on either side at the turn of a dial. I thought it was a gimmick but come the night and after a bit of experimenting, I found a comfortable setting for me and got a good night's sleep. Wi-Fi was excellent and was free to connect to.

I don't know how old the property is but everything looked new and well looked after. The only thing missing from the property which would make it excellent is a swimming pool. Otherwise there is a little exercise room/ gym. There is also a business centre with free printing which came in hand for printing our boarding passes.

The breakfast was excellent and is worth adding to your rate. There is all the selection of hot cooked favorites to fresh fruit, meats, pastries and juices. It was a great way to start the day and worked out at around £20 for 2 children and 2 adults.

This would definitely be our first choice if we are looking to stay in the area again.

As the hotel is just 3 miles from the airport you are able to enjoy the convenience of a short journey without the aircraft noise. Our hotel is now 6 years old and we take great pride in the constant maintenance programme we undertake to ensure our bedrooms and public areas maintain a cared for feel. We have recently replaced all our bedroom corridor carpets and lounge furniture with further works planned in our restaurant later this year. Our breakfast buffet is a great start to the day, I hope you had chance to try the HGI signature waffles! A nice new hotel nice rooms and usually good food, which is a not what you always experience at a chain hotel brand.

Very friendly staff and always helpful and attentive, free parking on site is also a bonus here.

Easy access for both the town and airport and I would advise that visitors take advantage of the food in the vibrant Asian quarter of the town.

Pretty good value for money. Used the hotel for an early check out the next day. Not a bad deal, but remember there is taxi fares applicable to add onto the room rate. Next time we will try the Hilton closer to the airport.

We took the queen size bed family room. It was great. clean and tidy and quiet. When we booked through the website it was almost 50% cheaper, so make sure to give that a try. Nice breakfast too. A cab to Luton airport will cost you about 12£, and you can pay with credit card

Good, clean rooms. Very friendly bar staff. Snippy concierge which let my experience down - and who was not at all accommodating considering I had a disability and required assistance with luggage. That aside, overall was a good experience.

Bar staff unhelpful, trousers hanging below underwear..thought I was in london or the bronx,staff unable to understand how to use the hhonor system. Bar area uncleaned in hours.bar staff walking away and ignoring the people waiting to be served even though they made eye contact

We booked this hotel as a package with parking while we flew from luton airport. The package was good value and the taxi transfers to the airport were quick and easy. However the car park of the hotel is not really big enough to offer this service, especially if they have a function on. We had trouble finding a space on the night we stayed and had to move our car in the morning. There was no spaces left for my father to park so he had to leave his keys with the hotel for them to park it in a space when one was available.
The hotel rooms are large and comfortable and have all expected amenities. We did have to move rooms though as the first room allocated to us hadn't been cleaned properly (someone had used the sink and left the wet towel)
Didn't have dinner in the hotel as there was no space and we left before breakfast for our early flight.
