My wife and I stayed for one night before setting off on the South West Coast Path in July 13.We had a huge beautifullly decorated double, spotlessly clean and well equipped, plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk, high quality shampoo , conditioner etc in the very stylish bathroom.Breakfast was excellent, hosts very friendly, property well located near the seafront and start of the coastpath. Honestly couldn't fault and would highly recommend.

This accommodation is surpisingly hidden away behind old walling on the main road up to North Hill. The welcome was cheerful and sincere. The rooms are beautiful, fresh, spacious and wanting in nothing. It was a good thing (for us) that we are expected to remove outdoor shoes before walking into the main parts of the home. It ensured, and indicated, the high standard of cleanliness that is being maintained. The breakfast was superb! Oh, yes! We shall be returning there whenever we feel another need to visit Exmoor. How easy it is to disappear from Minehead and get involved in the magnificent countryside around North Hill and Exmoor itself. This B & B is one of the best my wife and I have had the joy of resting in throughout our years of coming to Exmoor area.

Room Tip: The double rooms are cooler than the twin bedroom although this one does have a sea view. The others...

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2013. Beautiful Bed and Breakfast, large rooms finished to a very high standard and superb breakfast every morning. Lovely hosts. Close to town centre and seafront, and other local areas of interest. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here before heading out on several days walking the SW Coast Path. Beautifully presented accommodation. Can't recommend it highly enough. You will not be disappointed staying here and we would have no hesitation returning.

This has got to be the standard that every bed and breakfast should try to achieve. It is not very often you arrive at a b&b and simply want to settle in and stay there.Clinically modern accommodation in a beautifully restored historical building with the wonderful virtue of space. Everything is covered from biscuits to bathrobe. From the toilet paper to the leather couch everything is of a higher standard than the usual good b&b.Nina and Andy friendly and helpful.Located easy working from the steam train, across the road from a pleasant gardens and easy evening stroll to a number of places to eat. Go there you will love it.
