“Excellent place for our special occasion”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

We just want to say a massive thank-you to the Bunk and all of their staff for making our Father's 80th birthday celebration absolutely perfect. There were 35 of us, including several children, a few with dietary restrictions and even one lady in a wheelchair, so it was no small ask for the Bunk to accommodate us. We had the stable room at the back to ourselves, the staff were amazing - helpful and friendly - and the food was fabulous. We highly recommend the Bunk for a private dinner party. Thanks guys!

“Love this place !!!”
Reviewed April 4, 2014

We eat here a lot, and whether it is a busy Saturday night with a big group of you or a quick bite to eat on a week night, the food and service is always fab. The food is incredible quality and 'posh' without being pretentious or too expensive.

I'm vegetarian and whilst there wasn't a huge choice on the menu, the chef was happy to create a dinner specially for me, and it was delicious and much appreciated!! Waitresses are also all lovely and really friendly- brilliant restaurant.

“Eat, Drink, Be Merry.”
Reviewed March 14, 2014

As in my write up for the hotel, the food in the Bunk Inn is adult food, a vast remove from the typical 'pub grub'. The menu presents a choice of quality dishes; the high quality means that the number of dishes is limited yet the options are carefully selected to meet all tastes. Each of the meals I've eaten are dishes that I've never cooked for myself and I've picked up some good tips to try and repeat the dish at home.

There is good ale for the trencherman and wine for those who want less volume to accompany their food.

“great valentine's meal”
Reviewed February 27, 2014

We booked a 3 course valentine's dinner on friday 14th feb. We were both impressed by the staff, cleanliness, decor and service we experienced in the bunk inn. Small little details really stood out for us. A real warmth of venue, excellent quality and good value.
