Visited on a Saturday night and had the early bird menu. 3 courses plus a bottle of wine.
Small cosy room. Looked at a sample menu on the net, please remember this is a sample and prob wont be on the menu when you visit.
Nice starters with a twist to the expected. Had main of beef. Very tender, my only issue was too much gravy but my husband said it was just right.
Cheese board for 3rd course could have had less butter and more cheese but all in all the food was lovely, presented well and the staff friendly.
Will be back again and possibly try the taster menu and some others had this and the food looked very nice.
