We happened on this splendid place late evening when nowhere else seemed to be open!
The staff were very accommodating and helpful - another diner had various food intolerances, and the staff were liaising with the kitchen to do everything they could to accommodate her.
The atmosphere is somewhat contrived, but it works, and gives a homely feel to the place. The food was top notch, and plentiful - so much so that we couldn't find room for desert.
I'm not giving Tricolos 5 stars for two reasons - the seats were very uncomfortable and the deserts looked expensive.
