Stayed overnight with a friend and dogs for concert at Scarbro open air theatre. Room was spotless, breakfast excellent. Good value for money. The location is walking distance to sea, town centre and open air theatre.

Room tip: There is a car park. They do have disco/entertainment on Sat night, so there is some noise but it didn't stop me sleeping.

Went to Scarborougb for Cricket festival. Used the Albert regularly for food and drinks. Excellent choice of both. Staff welcoming and friendly. Entertainment on certain nights decent enough. Rooms ok for short stays, close to cricket ground and a 5 minute walk to town centre.

Overnight stay after day at the cricket with 9yr old son and husband. Very clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathroom and small but important to me good dressing table mirror!! Let's get down to breakfast... was very impressed boys had English breakfast which they devoured at some speed, said the sausages and bacon especially nice. I couldn't be more complimentary over the smoked salmon I had, big nice tasty thick slices, just excellent! Served with poached egg and toast. Sounds exaggerated, this really isn't but the quality of it you'd expect to see somewhere like from Fortnum and Mason! I was so impressed I had to ask the landlady her supplier...I REALLY need to get some. Landlord and landlady very friendly. Think they've got the whole b & b stay well and truly nailed.
