Anyone going to Scarbourgh for a Holiday would be hard pushed to find a better place to stay than the Raincliffe. The Hosts Mal@Katherine make you feel very special, the rooms are large and kept in pristine condition, the food is cooked to perfection and the portions are huge. When we hopefully return to Scarborough we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere but the RAINCLIFFE.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is nice and well located, just a short stroll from the seafront. Mal and Katherine are great hosts, welcoming and friendly. We were in the four poster room which is very nice. Breakfast was terrific, especially for my vegetarian girlfriend - to replace the meat she had extra egg, tomato and hash brown and all without having to ask! Note to hotel owners - just because veggies don't eat meat doesn't mean they don't eat! All in all a lovely place to stay if you are in Scarborough.

Ideally placed accomodation for all of Scarboroughs attractions. The hotel is absolutely spotless, Mal and Katherine made us very welcome and the breakfasts are out of this world. Lots of little additions to the room were provided as standard, which are often overlooked. The standard of the furnishings is very high and overall, this is definately a place we would revisit and recommend to others.

Great accommodation to stay in Scarborough. we had a warm welcoming. the room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling, gave us the energy to have fun round Scarborough. A short walk to the sea front. An appsolute yes to going back there again. Great value for money. Thank you all for making our stay like home from home.

Room Tip: Just go to the Raincliffe Hotel as any room would 5*.

Lovely accommodation and breakfast and a really friendly welcome. We stayed here on day 6 of our Cleveland Way walk. They gave us a great deal as we were last minute. The rooms were lovely and clean and had really nice extras in the bathroom. Loads of coffee and milk was provided and we got a really great sleep. The ingredients used next morning for the breakfast were top quality .... you could certainly see why they won 'Three in a Bed'

A great place to stay in Scarborough. From a friendly welcome, to great home cooked breakfasts. The owners were fantastic, chatty and very funny with some great anecdotes. Location is very good - just a short walk to the South Bay. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked fine and was fast. Parking wasn't a problem right outside the front of the hotel (just get your parking card when checking in - £4 for 4 days).

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts was cooked to perfection.

We will defiantly return when we next venture to Scarborough.

Thanks again
