Myself and my sister spotted a voucher in our hotel lobby that meant if one person paid the other could get in for free we thought it was a bargain and decided we had to go. We took a taxi from the hotel which was surprisingly cheap and when we arrived at the sea life centre it was very quiet except for maybe one family. We were a little disappointed that the Octopus Garden closed but we loved looking at all the different fish. The Seals were our favourite they were super cute and kept performing tricks for us. It was like having the place to ourselves we are so glad we went early. We left around lunchtime and the place was starting to fill up. My tip would be to go earlier, you get time to see the animals without crowds and queues :) Would definitely go back!

It's been a while since I've been to a Sea Life Centre and probably the first time without kids in tow since ours are now grown up. We had a 2 for 1 voucher so thought it was pretty good value at £15 for the 2 of us. We saw everything in around an hour and a half. If it hadn't been so cold we'd probably have stayed longer to hear more of the talks when they were feeding the otters and penquins which are outside. Considering it's the start of February it was pretty busy but we managed to see everthing twice and I got some pretty good photos too. Some great viewing areas for little ones and big people too. The underwater tunnel with it's lighting looked quite spectacular. I'd happily go again in a few days time to watch the ever changing underwater scenes when most of the kids are at school. Amazing to get up close to the sharks and watch the giant turtle swim gracefully in the same tank. Altogether a very enjoyable afternoon and I look forward to going back very soon.

Worth a visit if you are interested in marine life. Book the day before the visit because it will be cheaper. It was quite expensive for what it was but enjoyed it all the same...

Enjoyed our visit here. Very much aimed at children which is great but as adults we very much appreciated the work carried out.

Been many times, my children loved it and still do as do my grand children, quite costly to get in and restarurant quite dear and food average, always get robbed in gift shop with bairns costs me a fortune, works out quite an expensive visit but thats my fault. Always go at least twice a year with bairns, they love the otters and penguins, very educational experience for them as well as fun.
