Just had another wonderful night in these super digs. They are really convenient for the Futurist Theatre. I defy anyone to find better accommodation, or a more obliging owner. Well done Jo. Love you to bits. Can't wait to come again.

1st time we have actually stayed in Scarborough and 1st time in a guest house, even though we've been coming for over 30 years
( normally do Haven but never again!)
This felt like a proper holiday, our room had the most amazing views across South Bay and out to sea that I didn't want to leave, it was lovely waking up with the views and going to sleep with the seafront all lit up,
our room was really lovely, very spacious, comfortable and very clean, trays were stocked every day with tea, coffee milk and biscuits.
Delicious breakfast served everyday, great choice of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and not forgetting full English which my partner enjoyed everyday!
The hospitality from Jo and her staff was excellent, always had time to chat and let my children see her 2 lovely little dogs who are adorable,
we will definitely be back next year and for longer!
Thank you Jo for letting us stay in your wonderful guest house at such short notice, if it wasn't for a cancellation, I don't know where we would of ended up!

this was our second visit, the first time just me and my husband we had the balcony room ..... which was amazing. This time we took our two boys, we had one of the family rooms, we were told it was the smallest room, it was a fantastic size, the décor and everything was amazing. The staff at breakfast were really great with the boys, who are very specific of their needs, they also got my poached eggs "spot on". the location is perfect both for the sea front and the shops. We will be going back both on our own and with the boys
