Went to see the Whitney Houston show and was appalled by rude people talking while the performers were on stage. We asked if the bar would be open after the show and were told yes. After a really good performance the bar was shut and it was only 9.55. More than us disappointed so make the most of your facilities

Went to see Whitney last night - good show but appalling management. The problem of drunken girls talking loudly during the songs was highlighted at the interval with a request fro it to cease but it still continued during the 2nd half and nothing was done to stop it. Also, the amount of people getting up and leaving the theatre during an artist singing was a disgrace. I appreciate that this is hard to manage but you can certainly control them coming back. Walking along the front of the stage with drinks in their hands whilst the artist is singing is awful and insulting to the artist. These people should not be allowed back in until the song has finished - this can easily be managed. This was the worst managed concert I have been to in 60 years and I've been to many. Get your act together Spa Management and stop allowing the few to spoil it for the majority.

We came to see a show here one evening whilst having a long weekend in Whitby. A lovely small theatre. We had dinner in the pub onsite before the show, not sure if it is part of the theatre. The food was served quickly, great portions and tasty. Its a shame the audience wasn't larger, but we would return.

We had the benefit of being able to see a performance of Madame Butterfly by the Russian State Opera Co. Looking at the publicity posters there are numerous opportunities to see good live performances crossing all tastes. Very reasonably priced show tickets and bar prices with plenty of staff on hand to assist. The stall area is not raked but the stage is high enough to obtain a good view of the performances. If there is something on to your taste worth the price of admission.

Not a bad place to visit on sunny days for an ice cream and a lie down, make a change from going and sitting on the usually busy beach.

We went to the Spa to see a song and dance show which was great. The surroundings are wonderful Victoriana. We went to the restaurant beforehand which was decidedly average.

Went to Spa been to Scarborough loads of times but never visited here.went to see craft fair a little quiet and expensive but nice to see that there is a lot going on at this venue loads of shows all year Round and famous faces to see was really surprised.there was a wedding here the day I visited and I spoke to 2 bar staff while I was getting a coffee (but no coffee today only t or hot chocolate) they seemed to be stressed out about the wedding party saying no staff and not helpful for the general public who were wanting serving the place itself like I've found in Scarborough is a bit dated but years ago in it's day I bet it was amazing will definitely return next time I'm in Scarborough .In my opinion people should be grateful they have a job with so many people out of work they can easily be replaced..lovely place glad I made the effort to see it .

We went to see ant Middleton at the spa on Saturday night. The sound was great we sat in row b (sneaky that there was a double a and double b though) so had a great view. Was allowed in early so could get seated which was good. Toilets where downstairs which wasn't ideal but manageable. Would visit again if the act was right.

Booked tickets for Ant Middleton and booked table at Farrier bar.

At first we thought about not staying for the food as the bar isn’t the best. However decided to stay and actually the food was good!

The seating in the theatre was poor, lots of pillars in the way!
