As usual Premier Inn up to their excellant standard. The staff are brilliant and so friendly,not5hing is ever to much trouble for themHaving never been to Scarborough before was suprised how nice it is,The hotel is very close to the seafrot, the only drawback is it is quite a climb down,(and up)but there is a tram that operated both up and down, but it was closed when I was there, guess it was out of season, but I actually enjoyed the walk.We had the evening meal and the breakfast at the hotel, both meals were great, and if you have the evening meal, you get breakfast free. The hotel has no parking, but there is a car park park right opposite,so no problem, what so ever.I would recommend Premier Inn to anyone,no matter where they are,I have never had any compaints and have stayed at so many throughout the country,in fact I would never stay anywhere else.

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly, polite and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Premier Inn kept their promise of Good Night Sleep Guarantee and refunded the cost of room when we complained about noise from adjoining room on our second night. Very pleased with the quick response to this.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Other hotels i have stayed at in Scarborough are tired and run down. The Premier Inn was spotlessly clean and looked as good as new. Will definitely be staying there again. The location is perfect its near the town centre and only a short walk to the beach. The bed was sooo comfortable and room was very quiet. Nice to have a hairdryer and shower gel etc in the room. The only small thing found difficult was understanding the reception staff. Even though they were very friendly and helpful i found their foreign accents difficult to decipher.

Room Tip: room 120 was very quiet

Stayed here for one night on thursday and was pleasantly suprised. The reception staff are first class, bubbly and friendly. The room was clean, extra pillows provided in the wardrobe, great comfy bed though the room was quite hot so it would have been nice if the air con went lower than 19 degrees as opening the window made the room noisy. Breakfast was just standard food, but the coffee was good and there was a nice selection, again breakfast staff and cleaning staff were fab. There's also some really nice bars and scarborough tandoori is amazing, though for a thursday everywhere was so quiet. Gave it 5 out of 5 because even though there were a couple of negatives, for £29 and cheap parking across the road, you cant go wrong!

We stayed here for an overnight stay and were delighted with the service we received and the standards throughout. We stayed in a family room for four and it was nice to see that both children had a proper bed rather than one sleeping on a mattress.

We stopped her for the weekend, Friday night & the sat we booked extra cos we didn't want to leave. It was a family room with a double bed, and a single for our little girl. The room was SPOTLESS, the bathroom was lovely, nice deep bath. The staff were lovely, the only down side was late Saturday night it was very noisy and we were at the front so for a good hour lots of people being mega loud, and down side is no parking but all in all fantastic.
