Stayed here for one night on thursday and was pleasantly suprised. The reception staff are first class, bubbly and friendly. The room was clean, extra pillows provided in the wardrobe, great comfy bed though the room was quite hot so it would have been nice if the air con went lower than 19 degrees as opening the window made the room noisy. Breakfast was just standard food, but the coffee was good and there was a nice selection, again breakfast staff and cleaning staff were fab. There's also some really nice bars and scarborough tandoori is amazing, though for a thursday everywhere was so quiet. Gave it 5 out of 5 because even though there were a couple of negatives, for £29 and cheap parking across the road, you cant go wrong!

We stayed here for an overnight stay and were delighted with the service we received and the standards throughout. We stayed in a family room for four and it was nice to see that both children had a proper bed rather than one sleeping on a mattress.

We stopped her for the weekend, Friday night & the sat we booked extra cos we didn't want to leave. It was a family room with a double bed, and a single for our little girl. The room was SPOTLESS, the bathroom was lovely, nice deep bath. The staff were lovely, the only down side was late Saturday night it was very noisy and we were at the front so for a good hour lots of people being mega loud, and down side is no parking but all in all fantastic.

Great location close to everything you need in Scarborough. Only problem is, as it's in the town centre the traffic noise which starts around 6am is so loud! I think every hgv vehicle and bus around seem to drive past so that's puts a bit of a dampner on the good sleep. The pillows and douvet were very comfortable, however the bed was very hard, slopping left and right from the middle and you could feel the springs so I think this particular bed needs replacing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate twice in the pub adjacent to the premier inn the brewers fayre and both times the food was not that great.Would use premier inn again but would see if there was another room that was not on the main road!
