We stayed here just for one Sunday night, our room didn't exactly have the best view as it looked into the middle part of the hotel which was not so pleasant but ok for one night or we'd have asked to be moved rooms but for what we paid it was acceptable (£35 inc breakfast) & we were out most of the time anyway. Anyway the room was clean, the bathroom clean & updated with an excellent shower. Parts of the hotel do look dated but come on its old you can't expect it to look like a newly built hotel. The reception area is magnificent.
The lady who greeted us for breakfast was lovely & friendly talking to us about various things, the reception guy was polite. Shame there is no onsite parking as that cost £10 for a 24 hours stay but was within 50 yards.More
