Me & My Partner Stayed here for 1 night for my 21st Birthday on the 16th February. What a Fantastic Hotel! Trevor & Alison couldnt do enough for you, they truley made my 21st special. They even put a bottle of Rose Wine in the room upon arrival after my Partner asked when booking! The rooms are very clean and the bathroom was immaculate - Breakfast was also fantastic! Definitley would reccomend and return for another visit!! Thanks Trevor & Alison! :)
A truly memorable christmas was had by Jean and I. Trevor and Alison were the perfect hosts where they were available to sort out all our needs and requiements at a moments notice. The breakfasts that they served were second to non, something that bigger hotels fall short of i.e. good home cooked food, The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Parking is at a premium in this town but Tervor and Alison arranged free public parking for the duration of our 4 night stay. We would highly recommend Palace Hill Hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Scarborough. In short, EXCELLENT
My husband and I stayed here bonfire night while visiting relatives in Scarbrough. The couple running it are very welcoming and friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We had room 2 which was very nice, plenty of room for 2 people and very warm. The breakfasts are massive and really nice, good quality food, not cheap or nasty. There is no parking but this is not a problem as the hotel supplies a parking permit for designated areas. The location of the hotel is perfect for either shopping in the town or walking along the front. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 nights from Monday 29 Oct to Friday 2 Nov. Our two year old son was on a week holiday in Cornwall with his Nannan, grandad and auntie so we decided to get away in the meantime before baby arrives (due date 24/12). Was made to feel welcome as soon as walked through door. Even contacted owners few weeks before to ask for extra pillows. Was not a problem for them. Room extra clean and breakfast very yummy. Rooms been refurbished in 2009 so being young we found it very modern. We even enquired before we left if accept babies and young children for our next trip. Enjoyed very much, didn't want to leave :( only 2 minute walk to beach and amusements. Would recommend to any age range. You won't be let down!

My two sons and I stayed here recently and found it to be a very nice place, excellent breakfast and very nice people running the place. They were kind enough to bring up an extra portable bed which made it easier for the 3 of us and really appreciated that. I would certainly recommend the place for anyone looking for a nice place in Scarborough.

Really quiet B&B lovely spacious room (Room 8).
Perfect location for sea front and town centre. Breakfasts were really nice with plenty to go at, filled me up for the day.
A pet hate of mine is when the owners hover around whilst you eat breakfast pestering you about plans for the day... was pleased that this wasn't the case but they were very nice and polite and very approachable if we did want anything.
Can't recommend it enough.
