Stayed at this great little hotel on several occasions! We always receive a warm, friendly welcome! The whole place is smart and contemporary! Lovely freshly cooked breakfast in the morning! The tapas is also very good! We will be back!

Excellent stay for two nights. Very nice, clean room. Super breakfast. Friendly hosts. Modern, tasteful decor. Situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the town centre.
Would definitely return. Thanks for the jump start Andy!

We had a really lovely time here, we stayed here for 4 nights. The couple was wonderful and attended to all our needs (breakfast in bed). It was like being home plus breakfast and Tapas was amazing will definitely be recommending to all my friends & family.

I stayed here for one night with my teenage son. The room (5) was spacious with a lovely en-suite. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a really good nights sleep. There were tea/coffee making facilities and toiletaries were provided. There is a tv with free view channels. The owners have done a great job renovating the place, it has modern decor but retains its original victorian charm. I only met Andy, and his son who was busy cleaning the room when i got there (good job he made of it too!). They were very welcoming and the place has a very relaxed, homely feel to it. The breakfast was very good quality and there was plenty of it without having the plate piled up. Fresh coffee too which was great. The property itself is about a 10 minute walk into Scarborough. Although it is on top of the cliff there is the cable car if you dont fancy the climb. The cable car is only a couple of minute walk from the B&B. All in all I will visit here again, it is definitely the best place that I have stayed in in Scarborough without breaking the bank. If you want decent fish n chips while you're there try the harbour view cafe at the back of the life boat station, very nice! Thanks guys see you again.
