We had a great weekend stay at the Norbreck, good location with fabulous views. The food was good, served quickly on hot plates, staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly, thank you Ziggi.
There were no queues at the bar and we were served by a very helpful
barman who was always smiling.
Reception staff were friendly and efficient.
The Norbreck has some negative pionts;
the 2 bedrooms we used were in desperate need of a refurb.
there is no longer any entertainment on a Sunday night but Bay Hotels do offer guests board games ! Monopoly or Scabble- WOW.
The negatives are in no way a reflection on the staff of the Norbreck,
who work extreemly hard within the parameters set by Bay Hotels.
To sum up- it was an enjoyable weekend, very good value, made even better by lovely staff led by Karen who is an excellent manager.
Would we go back - at £89 for 3 nights half board with 4 drinks vouchers
every night, we'd be silly not to.
