We stayed at the property for 2 nights. Nice, clean Marriott property close to Heathrow. We wanted to be close to the Windsor castle and Legoland as well as with easy access to LHR the next morning for an early morning flight. The hotel was close to all. There is free wifi in the lobby area though not in the rooms. You have to pay for in-room wifi. There are also regular shuttles from the hotel to Heathrow airport, though I don't believe they are free. The Chats cafe bar was good for lounging in the evenings. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

I wouldn't suggest this hotel (or the windsor area in general) if you intend to sightsee London. For central London I highly recommend Collingham Service Apartments.

Overall a good stay and nice experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Dear Sirs, We are 5 mins from J5 of the M4, 10 mins from the M25, 15 mins from T5 and 10 mins from Windsor the home of our Queen, 10 mins from LEGOLAND and 20 mins from Central London by train or take the Greenline 702 bus from opposite the hotel. We do charge £15 ($20) for 24 hr WIFI in the bedrooms but offer FREE WIFI in ALL public areas (Lobby, Chats Bar and restaurant)
The Chats bar serving food and drink all day is the BUZZ and HEART of our hotel with all the major sporting events shown on a large screen and don’t forget our Patio in the summer at the back of our restaurant by our 2 tennis courts. Our Brasserie restaurant is famous for its Pizzas with our own Pizza Chef Pasquale who has been with us for 15 years and is a 3rd generation Pizza Chef.
London is VERY easy to get to from my hotel, 10 MINS to Slough station and then 20 MINS into central London. Stay with us again.

yours sincerely
Paul Davies

Dear Sirs, As a hotelier THANK YOU for your lovely review. The breakfast is the highlight of the experience and still the most important meal of the day with over 110 buffet items and a Chef cooking the eggs the way you want them fried, poached or maybe an omelette. We also have a gluten free section.

LEGOLAND. LEGOLAND its that time of year and we are 15 mins away from the GREAT THEME Park.

We stayed here to go Legoland. The hotel was close to the park and the parking at the hotel was free. The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room had lots of space and the facilities were great!

Breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the pancakes!

There is a tesco and sainsburys close by to stock up and lunch b4 we went to legoland.

You are under the flight path for Heathrow but once inside the noise is minimum, it didn't keep us awake.

The only thing was the family room was 2 double beds. My kids are 3 and 5 so not much of an issue but would be if they were older.

Next time we goto legoland we will be staying here again.

Stopped over for one night to visit Legoland. Our first time here as usually stayed elsewhere instead. Was impressed by the service and attentive staff. To top it all, had the most amazing sleep in the most comfortable hotel bed ever. The restaurant was good and the service excellent. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Our first impression of the hotel was very good because we had an extremely friendly and professional front desk attendant - I wish I could remember her name. Another big positive - the best fitness centre at any hotel I've ever stayed in! We had a little difficulty generally on our trip at finding rooms for 3 of us (my wife and I travelling with our 20 year old son), but this hotel had a very good little suite for us, with a separate room with tv for our son, and plenty of room for 3. The air conditioning wasn't quite able to get our room quite as cool as we would have liked, but it wasn't terrible.

Wireless internet was not included in our room rate, and is quite expensive. It was possible, but not highly convenient, to receive free wireless in the lobby.

We made a classic rookie error when we arrived at Heathrow. We got a taxi at terminal 2 and asked to be taken to the Marriott Heathrow. Only problem is that we then got delivered to the wrong Marriott, not realizing that there were more than one.

Room Tip: You might want to ask about what your room windows will look out onto. Our room faced the fitness c...

Dear Sirs Thank you for your kind words. My associates your hosts are my main asset and I am very proud of my team and Marriott culture. We focus on our Marriott art hosting and taking care of our customers by making it BRILLIANT for you.

We have a large gym and 12m swimming pool with a new sauna (May 2014) and steam room (upgraded June 2014) open from 6am – 10pm. Make sure you book your swim times at a weekend on arrival to avoid disappointment as it gets very busy with children. We also have a little play area at the back of our restaurant and 2 FULL size tennis courts.
We do charge £15 ($20) for 24 hr WIFI in the bedrooms but offer FREE WIFI in ALL public areas (Lobby, Chats Bar and restaurant).
There are 2 Marriott hotels at Heathrow we come under Heathrow / Windsor the other is on the Bath Road.

My wife and I travelled on an escorted tour of the the southern states of america with Cosmos escorted tours starting June 17th, As part of the package we stayed at the marriott Windsor on a park and stay basis prior to our flight. On arrival at the Hotel the staff on the reception desk were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. We were scheduled to have the early morning shuttle the following morning at a cost of £8 per head, but the staff explained it only went to terminal 5 and we would need to use the Heathrow express to get to terminal 2 they then suggested and arranged a taxi for us at a cost of £22 diectly to terminal 2 this gave us an extra hour and a half in bed. as there were 4 of us in total (we travelled with our friends) this seemed a much better option. We would definatly use this hotel again both as a Park and stay and as a base to explore windsor etc.

Dear Sirs, A lovely review thank you.NATIONAL EXPRESS operates the Heathrow hoppa bus service number H55 stopping outside the front of the hotel. It only operates to T5 (airport bus stand 22 and 23). To get to T1, 2 and 3 you get off at T5 and take the FREE Heathrow Express to T1, 2 and 3. It takes 4 minutes and operates every 15 minutes. You can always get a taxi through the hotel from £22 for T1, 2 or 3. Please be aware traffic between 7am and 9am and 5pm and 7pm is VERY heavy so allow more time for your flight..
We have over 480 parking spaces and our park and fly packages are very popular. You must do something with your registration of your car as it is a PARK and EYE system if in doubt please ask at Reception.
Stay with us again and travel BRILLIANTLY.

yours sincerely
Paul Davies
