We went for our Valentines meal - red candles and little red hearts were decorating the table - a very nice touch.
Now the fantastic meal....
The starter we chose was the Salmon fish cakes with sweet chilli mayo - absolutely gorgeous and left us wanting more. Then for the main we had the most delicious and succulent Sirloin Beef with a complimentary creamy mushroom sauce with pieces of asparagus underneath. Then Profiteroles with Irish cream and warm toffee sauce for dessert and all washed down with a couple of bottles of Sutter Home Rose wine. Each course was mouth-wateringly scrumptious and we wanted to lick our plates clean it was that gorgeous!
Staff are exceptional (offering to get us our usual tipple as soon as we had sat down at our table!), friendly (asking us how we were and what we have been up to) and attentive (pouring us our wines when we were low). They work so hard so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your meal.
Not to forget the chefs as the food is always just so amazing (and we sent our compliments to the chef saying the food was perfection). We eat there all the time and the food is the best - definitely not pub grub, but more like posh nosh in a restaurant.
