Stayed here while going to see the Stone Roses at Heaton Park.

Room is basic, small bathroom and bed isn't great - it felt like a hard trampoline. Had breakfast on the second night - get the chef to cook you porridge and eggs if you want fresh stuff. Food was good.
Staff were friendly.

We stayed three nights in the family room ( I'm actually Am still in it as writing this ) and myself and my husband were massively impressed. The room a family one was much bigger than any of the other premier inns we have stayed in and that's a fair few ! Yes there was two windows and yes you could hear the main road but nowhere near the amount of noise I expected after reading the unjustified comments on here . The website warned when booking that there may be noise so we knew. It certainly didn't keep us awake . The extra space made our stay so much more pleasant . The room clean and comfortable and beds even the put up bed sooo comfy !! The shower lovely and the bar downstairs great value and good food . What makes this hotel super though is the fantastic staff . They were amazing , always friendly on reception and the cleaning staff who I haven't actually seen brilliant . We returned to our room and beds were made with my daughters teddy bears layed out on her bed , it looked lovely and the little bit of extra time that had taken made her day . Thank you to the whole team . They deserve a massive pat on the back . This hotel is deceiving it doesn't look much on the outside but is the best I have stayed in . I can't find any faults. Anybody who does must be seriously looking for them ! We have already booked to return , two rooms this time as am bringing the in laws along.

we recently stayedat this hotel, conveniently placed for a visit to Tatton Park. Most Prem Inns we have stayed at, we are more that happy at, but this one was tatty in the bedrroom, wallpaper was peeling off under the window. Also we had a cornerfamily room (very large for the 4 of us), with 2 windows on busy roads. These windows were NOT double glazed, the roads were busy all night, so I didn't get much sleep. The staff were lovely though & the breakfast very nicely cooked

Stayed here for a Friday & Saturday night with my 14 year old son. This was not my first choice of hotel because of the very mixed reviews that this place had received - but Manchester hotels were pretty busy.
We specifically asked for a room that wasn't anywhere near the bar - and the room we were allocated was what you would expect - small, quiet and clean and tidy.
The staff were excellent - couldn't have been more helpful.
The bar resturant is very good - and very inviting. All in all - it's a place I am happy to recommend.

Room Tip: Choose a room that is not over the bar - resturant seems to be the advice.

A warm welcome was had on entering the bright, fresh and modern reception area complete with a warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist..The room was clean, bright, modern, well equipped and VERY comfortable beds.Excellent food with a Very good choice of meals including a good choice for vegetarians. Staff very helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely warm intimate atmosphere. Only one problem, couldn't stay longer,, ( our Grandson had to be back in school the next day) BUT::: We'll be BACK. PS the Trafford shopping center is just down the road, a good experience.

Room Tip: In our opinion all the rooms are excellent. Our room was on the front with sunshine shining through...

Stayed for a single night on a Monday.
Room was very clean and tidy and just what you would expect/hope of a Premier Inn.
Staff in the hotel and the adjoining pub provided very good service and I was made to feel very wellcome.

Had no noise whatsoever from the pub downstairs and had a peaceful nights sleep followed by an excellent breakfast
