The papadum starter was great, so was the garlic bread. I had the cashew chicken which was yummi! My colleague asked for something off menu, and they made no fuzz whatsoever. The staff was great! Simply go here, you won't be disappointed!

Been here twice now on a Saturday night when visiting family in the area. The food and service was very good and the prices competitive. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean, but photos of 60s rock stars adorning the walls do nothing to promote an oriental ambience. In addition the tables are packed in, so on busy nights you're inevitably a little cramped and share your evening with the adjacent diners.

Four of us dined here last Friday night,12 October 2012,and enjoyed ourselves.Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the food very much.It was patchy,my wie had Tandoori Lamb chops which she pronounced brilliant!I had a prawn puri which was nothing special and and far too large for a starter. Our other starter was Tandoori Fish which was adequate.Three of us had curries with sauces namely Jeera Chicken,Prawn Jalfrezi and Karahi King Prawn all of which had a raw spice taste and barely cooked onions...all in all very disappointing. The clever choice it seems, and that of the fourth member of our party, was to select a Lamb Biriyani which looked decidedly better than our undercooked offerings. We had naan,a paratha , pilau rice and beers.we started with poppadums of course and the pickle and chutney was good. The bill with tip was £100.00.This is not the best Indian in South Manchester ust another okay one.
