This is the 4th time we have been to Andalux for dinner and drinks and it's fabulous. The atmosphere ambiance and lighting are so convivial with a happy relaxed evening with friends, which is what all the clientele are enjoying. The tapas are really tasty, the wines and Sherrys are excellent and the service just how we like it. You really couldn't do better!,, I have a feeling that this is going to be extremely popular in the coming months

We have been coming here reasonably regularly on Saturdays for lunch with our two young kids and love the place. We managed to get a pass this Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed the chilled out atmosphere, possibly emphasised by the lack of ankle biters, excellent food and friendly service.
A revelation this week was the flight of sherries which was fantastic and definitely not the Harveys Bristol Cream Nan used to drag out yearly despite it going off 3 days after opening it in 1973!
If you like tapas whats not to love?

This Spanish tapas bar is run by a irish couple who lived in Spain and maintain reuglar contacts there. The menu is small and changes with the season. We have eaten there on many different occasions and always found the food very appetizing, the ambience warm and friendly and the prices reasoanble.

We've visited a lot of tapas restaurants and this one is truly unique. The small menu of hot and cold dishes are quality over quantity. The dishes are flavoursome and well presented, The tortilla is the best I, or we've ever had. The relaxed cafe atmosphere recreates a lively holiday feel. Good Spanish beers available and passionate owners create a really good dining expirience.

Thank you so much for your comments regarding your recent visit to Andaluz. You are right that we offer quality over quantity due to the size restrictions of the kitchen and premises! We are very much a bar rather than a restaurant and enthusiasts rather than experts! We hope to see you again in the near future.

Came across http://www.andaluzshop.co.uk/stayinandaluz.html in Castle Street Bedford UK by accident. And with a little luck as it is only open Thursday/Friday and Saturday evenings (sunday lunch). It is a cafe/deli... with soft Spanish music and Spanish feel, and a simple but fairly extensive Tapas and Ration menu. Four tapas, two glasses of lovely house red £35. Really enjoyed it. Will return but must remember Thurs/Fri/Sat only.
