A wasted business trip to Carlisle 20-24 October staying at the Ibis Carlisle City Centre. There was no internet during the whole of that time. I complained every day to the check-in team, and each day they just said "we're working on it". No reply to my follow-up e-mail complaint.
I always like to stay at Accor hotels around the world because I know I will be getting a reliable and quality product. But if I had known Ibis Carlisle would not be providing one of these services - Internet access - which my business depends on, I would have stayed around the corner at the Travelodge.More
