The service was enthusiastic in a primary school kind of way. For example they would bring hot plates which had to be sent back to be re-heated by the time the food arrived. One plate had to be sent back as it wasn't clean. By the time the whole meal had been served the first dishes were less than hot. Most of the drinks we requested they didn't have.
The building is like a garish coloured guest house.
The food however is reasonable, some dishes were good and some passable. My partner asked for fresh chilli in her meal and got chilli powder! Huge menu selection. With extensive starters and dim sum. Good portions and the basics like the sweet and sour was good.
