Exactly as other reviews say, this hotel is fantastic. I stayed in room 303 which was spacious and clean. A credit first of all to the cleaners of this hotel who ensure that the rooms as well as the public areas are clean and attractive. On check in I was met by a smiley receptionist who checked me in with ease and speed. On entering the room first impressions were great clean, well lit room with a massive bed and sofa area. The bathroom was very modern and cleaner than some higher market 4/5* brands. Bed very cosy and the room was pitch black with the lights out again some hotels can't boast this. Upon checkout bill was settled again very quick and efficient and taxi was ordered. In conclusion anyone staying over in Sheffield/Rotherham should defiantly stay here as opposed to bigger brands customer service is best bar none and the cleanliness is impeccable.

The Aston Hotel is ultra modern and yet cosy and relaxing at the same time. The staff are helpful and friendly. This was our second stay and we will be returning! We love the views of the hills and also the convenient location just off the M1. It's a perfect getaway place for us to relax. Our room was lovely and exceptionally clean with a lovely comfy bed. A brill nights sleep and a fab breakfast too. Love it hear!

Me and my wife came for a two night stay at the aston through the buy a gift voucher. On arrival the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived in the evening and went to the restaurant for an evening meal, which was lovely. Breakfast was also very good. The room was spotlessly clean with a very large king size bed. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and visit again.

Stayed one night on the way to Northumberland. The staff made us very welcome ( thanks Becky and Ben) . the room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comforable. We chose an all in one package ( room, breakfast and dinner) The dinner consisted of 3 ample courses of well cooked tasty food with a good choice of wine.were I to mark down anything at this hotel it would be the cooked food at breakfast. we arrived at 09:00 and the food under the hot lights had been allowed to go rubbery, breakfast was served until 10:00. Perhaps the hot food dishes should have been covered. We would stay again.

Stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night and it was perfect. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stopped in. The bed was huge and very comfy with very good quality bedding and the room was furnished beautifully as well. Breakfast was ten pounds each and was worth every penny, It was a buffet and everything available was fresh and excellent quality. The staff at this hotel are all really nice helpful people. Lots of parking space available and not too far from Sheffield city centre. Another added bonus is the free wi fi. I really can't praise this hotel enough.
