Good Friday 2013 and they have just 3 people serving!
2 on bar and one delivering food
We had a table booked for 1pm and left at 5.00 we were still waiting for puddings at 4.45pm.
When we chased our food we were given no apology what so ever and in between courses the waitress told us we d be waiting 45 mins approximately for each course.
We took my nan out as we have just lost my grandad this week and it would of been there wedding anniversary today, despite trying to Cheer her up waiting this length of time between courses with young children was extremely difficult
The whole idea of eating out is to have a quicker service than doing it yourself - I m sorry but we ordered all our food on arrival and from start to finish 3 hrs 45 mins was not good enough
